วิธีแก้ปัญหาเมื่อ Python Pip install แล้ว Error เกี่ยวกับ : UnicodeDecodeError: 'charmap' codec can't decode byte 0x90 (Windows)

 

สาเหตุน่าจะเกิดจาก เครื่องเรากำหนด Charcode เป็นภาษาถิ่นของเรา, ทำให้ตัว python ที่เข้าใจว่าเราใช้ utf-8 หา charcode ไม่เจอครับ

ต้องเข้าไปติ๊กถูก ให้ใช้ utf-8 สำหรับภาษาอื่นๆด้วย (ตามภาพ)

Error Message :
